Mood Boosting Foods

  Mussels:
B12 (brain protection), Zinc, Iodine, Selenium

  Swiss Chard:
Magnesium

  Blue Potatoes:
Anthocyanadins (antioxidant, neuro-protective, anti-inflammatory), Eat the skin for Iodine.
